Amending of Fees By-law for Campground

PUBLIC NOTICE RE AMENDING OF
FEES BY-LAW #74-2004

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula
will be considering a By-law to amend By-law Number 74-2004 being a By-law to adopt
set fees for the services performed by the municipality.

The amendment is required to amend Appendix A Item 7. Bluewater Park Campground
to become effective January 1, 2006.

Consideration of the By-law will take place at the August 29th Council meeting to be held
at 315 George Street Wiarton.

BY-LAW NUMBER 46-2005
A By-law to Amend By-law #74-2002 Being a By-law to Set
Fees For the Services Performed by the Municipality.

WHEREAS it is necessary to make certain amendments to By-law #74-2004 of the
Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

NOW THEREFORE THE COUNCIL OF THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN
OF SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

THAT By-law #74-2004 be amended by revising the following:

7. Bluewater Park Campground (includes G.S.T)

Seasonal (May 15 to October 15 inclusive)
Waterfront $ 1997.36
Inner Circle $ 1747.84
Winter Storage (Oct 15 to May 15) $ 200.09

Transient - no service
Daily $ 27.50
Weekly (7 days) $ 132.00
Monthly (4 weeks) $ 528.00
Transient - Water & Hydro
Daily $ 30.80
Weekly (7 days) $ 176.00
Monthly (4 weeks) $ 627.00
Transient - Water/Hydro and Sewer
Daily $ 34.10
Weekly (7 days) $ 205.64
Monthly (4 weeks) $ 747.78

Note: Two adults and children under 16 years of age are included in the
fee. Additional adults will be charges $5.00 each per night.

Dumping - per dump $ 6.60
If stay is one week or longer in continuous duration dumping is free.

THAT this amendment to By-law #74-2004 be effective January 1st, 2006
