Amendment to Procedural ByLaw

PUBLIC NOTICE RE AMENDING OF
PROCEDURAL BY-LAW #5-2004

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula
will be considering a By-law to amend By-law Number 5-2004 being a By-law to adopt
procedural rules and systems of Control to govern the activities of the Council of the
Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

The amendment is required to address changes necessary to the by-law.

Consideration of the By-law will take place at the December 12th Council meeting to be
held at 315 George Street Wiarton.
