THE TOWN OF SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PASS BY-LAW

To amend by-law # 74-2004, being a by-law to Set Fees for the Services performed by the
Municipality

TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula will consider passage of a by-
law that amendments to by-law # 74-2004 as follows:

Rental Fees

Amend #8 to read as follows:

Delete Monthly and Weekly fee.

8. Boat Launch Fees (includes G.S.T)

Seasonal* $ 50.00
Daily $ 10.00
Docking - no services $ 1.00 per foot per night
Sea doos - $ 10.00 per day
*Applicable to boat launch at Wiarton and Sauble Beach.

Service Charges

Delete #5. Moving permit on municipal roads $160.00 and replace with

5. Bulk Water Sale $1.50/cubic metre

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person who claims that they may be prejudicially affected by
such fees may submit comments in writing to the Council of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula or appear at
the regular Council meeting on Monday, May 29, 2006 at 8:00 p.m.
