THE TOWN OF SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO PASS BY-LAW

To amend set fees for the services performed by the municipality.

TAKE NOTICE that the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula will
consider passage of a by-law pursuant to the Municipal Act 2001 to amend set fees for the
services performed by the municipality as follows:

Bluewater Park Campground (includes G.S.T.)

Seasonal (May 15 to October 15 inclusive)
Waterfront $ 2100.00
Inner Circle $ 1835.00
Winter Storage trailer/deck/shed $ 210.00 (Oct15-May15)
Winter Storage deck/shed $ 60.00 (Oct 15-May15)
Transient - no service
Daily $ 29.00
Weekly (7 days) $ 140.00
Monthly (4 weeks) $ 555.00
Transient - Water & Hydro
Daily $ 32.00
Weekly (7 days) $ 185.00
Monthly (4 weeks) $ 660.00
Transient - Water/Hydro and Sewer
Daily $ 36.00
Weekly (7 days) $ 215.00
Monthly (4 weeks) $ 785.00

Note: Two adults and children under 16 years of age are included in the
fee. Additional adults will be charges $5.00 each per night.

Dumping - per dump $ 10.00
If stay is one week or longer in continuous duration dumping is free.

AND FURTHER TAKE NOTICE that any person who claims that they may be
prejudicially affected by such fee amendments may submit comments in writing to the
Council of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula or appear at the regular Council meeting
on Monday October 16, 2006 at 8:30 pm.
