TENDER FOR

THE CONSTRUCTION OF
MODIFICATIONS TO THE
SAUBLE BEACH WASHROOM FACILITIES
TOWN OF SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA

CONTRACT NO. C-6621-B

Sealed Tenders, clearly marked as to contents, will be received by the undersigned Owner until:

11:00 a.m., FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29th, 2006

for the modifications to the Sauble Beach Washroom Facilities located at the west limit of Sixth Street at
Sauble Beach in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

The project involves the modifications to the existing facility.

Plans, Specifications, and Tender Forms may be obtained at the office of the Consulting Engineers for a non-
refundable fee of $30.00 ($28.04 + $1.96 GST) payable to the Consulting Engineer.

Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender
made payable to the Town of South Bruce Peninsula. The deposit cheque will be retained by the
Municipality, in lieu of a performance bond, until the work has been completed.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
