SUBJECT: 2007 Budget Schedule

Tuesday March 6, 2007 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon

Wednesday March 7, 2007 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon

Council and Staff will attempt to cover Council, General Administration, Fire
Protection, Police Protection, Building Inspection, Animal Control, By-Law
Enforcement, Airport, Libraries and Planning & Economic Development

Tuesday March 13, 2007 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon

Wednesday March 14, 2007 9:00 am to 12:00 Noon

Council and Staff will attempt to cover Paid Parking, Public Works-Roads &
Bridges, Town Street Lights, Water & Sewer Systems, Garbage Collection &
Disposal, Recycling, Cemeteries, Parks, Recreation, Sauble Community
School & Community Centre, Pool, Arena and Wiarton Information Centre &
Campground.

It is anticipated that the foregoing schedule is too ambitious and additional
meetings will have to be scheduled during late March and early April.

Future meetings will be posted on the Council Agenda plus on the Town's
web site.

The schedule anticipates Council considering the final budget at the

Committee of the Whole meeting on April 23 , 2007 with a recommendation
of adoption being considered at the Council meeting of April 30th, 2007. A
Public Notice will be posted for the meeting of April 30th, 2007 in accordance
with Section 291 (1) of the Municipal Act.
