Topics: · History of Fire Safety Regulations applicable to Hotels in Ontario.
· Changes to the Ontario Fire Code including new additions/changes to existing
requirements.
· Highlights of the principles of Life Safety.
· Examples of the Fire Code Requirements now applicable in Hotels and Hotel
establishments. (Includes Motels, Inns, Resorts)
· Introduction to Ontario Fire Code Section 9.9 - Retrofit for Hotels
· Opportunity to ask questions and interact with Fire Officials from Grey and Bruce
Counties.
