Public Notice Re: Amending Procurement By-Law

PUBLIC NOTICE RE AMENDING OF
PROCUREMENT BY-LAW #29-2004

Take notice that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula
will be considering a By-law to amend By-law Number 29-2004 being a By-law to adopt
policies and procedures to govern the purchasing of goods and services by the
Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

The amendment is required to amend Schedule A, Section 4.3 to add the following
sentence: "The Manager may request written quotations if determined to be necessary."

Consideration of the By-law will take place at the March 26th and April 16th Council
meetings to be held at 315 George Street Wiarton.

BY-LAW NUMBER 21-2007

Being a By-law to Amend by-law #29-2004 being a by-law to
adopt policies and procedures to govern the purchasing of
goods and services by the Corporation of The Town of South
Bruce Peninsula

WHEREAS Council deem it desirable to amend by-law #29-2004 being A By-Law To Adopt
Policies And Procedures To Govern The Purchasing Of Goods And Services By The
Corporation Of The Town Of South Bruce Peninsula.

NOW THEREFORE THE CORPORATION OF THE TOWN OF SOUTH BRUCE
PENINSULA ENACTS AS FOLLOWS:

1. THAT Schedule A, Section 4.3 be amended by adding the following sentence:

"The Manager may request written quotations if determined to be necessary."

READ a FIRST and SECOND time this 26th day of March, 2007.
