The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.

CONTRACT ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE

The Town of South Bruce Peninsula has extended the
tender acceptance date.

Tenders under this contract will be received by the
undersigned at the Town of South Bruce Peninsula, 315
George Street Wiarton until 11am on Monday March 10,
2008.

This extension is to facilitate a change in the tender to reflect
potential increases or decreases in fuel prices. A further
addendum will be issued which provides an updated fuel
surcharge clause.

CONTRACT ADDENDUM NUMBER TWO

The Town of South Bruce Peninsula has issued an
addendum to the tender documents for the above mentioned
contract.

Page 2 of the tender form has been amended to reflect the
tender receiving date of Monday March 10, 2008 at 11:00
am.

Page 4 of the tender form has been amended to reflect the
change in the amount of deposit tender required.

Page 9 has been added to the tender document to address
the possibility of fuel costing increases over the course of the
contract.
