Sewage Collection & Disposal

CONTRACT ADDENDUM NUMBER ONE


The Town of South Bruce Peninsula has issued an
addendum to the tender documents for the above mentioned
contract.

Page 2, Item 2 of the tender form has been amended to add
1249 Sauble Falls Parkway (Amabel Landfill Site).

Page 3, Items 13 and 14 of the tender form have been
amended to reflect the new tender receiving and opening
date of Tuesday April 29, 2008 at 2:00 pm.

Page 5 has been added to the tender document to address
the possibility of fuel cost increases over the course of the
contract.
