TENDER 08-09

SEWAGE COLLECTION & DISPOSAL

SEALED TENDERS, in the envelopes provided, will be received at the Town of
South Bruce Peninsula Municipal Office until 11:00 a.m. local time on, April 17,
2008 for the purpose of collection and disposal of sewage from municipal
washrooms within the Town of South Bruce Peninsula.

Each tender must be accompanied by a tender deposit in the amount of $500.00.
A certified cheque payable to the Town of South Bruce Peninsula will be the only
form of tender deposit accepted.

The lowest or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
