Tender 08-06 Bluewater Park Baseball Backstop

TENDER 08-06
Bluewater Park Baseball Backstop and Outfield Fencing

Sealed tenders on own letterhead, clearly marked as to the contents will be received by the
undersigned at the address below until 11:00 am local time on Friday April 4, 2008. The tender
price shall include all applicable taxes and must be signed by your company personnel having
signing authority. Specifications required are listed below:

· Remove existing backstop and dispose off site
· Supply and install one new backstop complete with 20 foot back section and 12 foot
wings
· Overall height 16 feet with 4 foot high overhang
· Extension of outfield fencing to regulation size
· Fencing and framework to be galvanized and industrial grade

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
