TENDER FOR CONTRACT 09-01

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF GASOLINE AND DIESEL FUEL

Tender packages are available at Town Hall for the above-referenced tender.
Sealed tenders submitted using Town forms and envelopes will be received by
the undersigned until 11:00 am local time on February 18, 2009.

Tenders will be opened publicly on February 18, 2009 at 11:00 am at the Town of
South Bruce Peninsula Municipal Office, 315 George Street, Wiarton, Ontario.

The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
