PUBLIC NOTICE OF CLOSED
MEETING

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula passed the
following resolution at their Committee of the Whole meeting on October 6, 2009

It was MOVED by D. Kerr, SECONDED by W. Lamont and CARRIED

THAT the Council meeting of October 13th start at 5:00 p.m. for closed session
information.

Therefore the Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula will hold
a special closed session on October 13, 2009 at 5:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 315
George St, Wiarton, ON for the purposes of discussing:

- Personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board
employee;
- A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land for municipal or local board
purposes;
- Labour relations or employee negotiations;
- Litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals
affecting the municipality or local board;
- The receiving of advice that is subject to solicitor/client privilege, including
communications necessary for that purpose;
- The subject matter relates to the consideration of a request under the Municipal
Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
