ANIMAL CONTROL BY-LAW #40-2007
ZERO TOLERANCE IN THESE REGARDS

· Allow or permit dog to run at large
· Allow dog to continuously bark
· Failed to licence dog for current year/current tags can be purchased at Town
Hall
· Failed to remove excrement left by dog
· Fail to leash dog when off your property-all dogs must be leashed

ANY PERSON FOUND IN VIOLATION OF THIS BY-LAW MAY BE CHARGED

THIS BY-LAW CAN BE OBTAINED FROM TOWN HALL OR THE TOWN OF

MAINTAINING LAND IN CLEAN AND CLEAR CONDITION BY-
LAW #23-1999

OWNERS PLEASE RID YOUR PROPERTIES OF

· Garbage, refuse, debris, litter, tree cuttings, brush
· Containers such as bottles plastic container and cans
· Paper, cardboard
· Weighty or bulky materials such as stoves, refrigerators and other such
appliances, furniture, furnace parts, pipes, water or old fuel tanks
· Motor vehicles that are not operative, or which is not currently licenced
pursuant to the provisions of the Highway Traffic Act, discarded motor
vehicles, automotive parts, vehicle parts and assessors, mechanical
equipment, un-mounted tires, tires mounted on rims

THE BY-LAW DEPARTMENT HAS THE AUTHORITY UNDER THIS BY-LAW
TO HAVE THIS DEBRIS REMOVED AT THE PROPERTY OWNER'S
EXPENSE AND A NOTICE OF VIOLATION MAY BE ENFORCED.
