Surplus Lands - High School Soccer Field

PUBLIC NOTICE

This notice is given pursuant to Town requirements related to the disposal of Town lands. The
Town proposes to dispose of the following:

1. Lots 8, 9, 10, 11 & 12, W/McNaughton and S/Division, Save and except Part 1 on
Reference Plan 3R-4721, Town of Wiarton, now in the Town of South Bruce Peninsula,
County of Bruce.


The property has been declared surplus to Town needs by resolution #R-107-2006.

The lands are to be disposed of to 2136464 Ontario Inc.

Public comment will be accepted at the Council meeting in the Town Council Chambers on
October 14th, 2008 at 7:30 p.m.
