FOR SALE BY TENDER

1. 1977 GMC Fire Truck Tanker
427 big, block engine, 5 speed spilt manual transmission, good rubber and
brakes, rebuilt clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder.

Viewing of the above truck will be from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on August 2, 2006
at the municipal yard (413 Municipal Road) in Sauble Beach.

2. 1985 GMC Fire Rescue Van one ton chassis, 350 auto transmission.

Viewing of the above truck will be from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on August 2, 2006
at the municipal yard (441048 Elm Street) in Wiarton.

Vehicles are being sold "as is" and are to be removed from the municipal
properties by 12:00 p.m. on August 18, 2006

The tender will be awarded to the highest bidder.

All tenders must include a $200.00 certified cheque made payable to the Town of
South Bruce Peninsula and will be returned with no interest to the unsuccessful
bidders.

The successful applicant shall pay the remainder owing (excluding the $200.00
deposit) with a certified cheque or cash prior to the vehicle leaving the municipal
property.

The closing date for the tender is August 9, 2006 at 12:00 p.m. Tenders will be
opened on August 9, 2006 at 1:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers.
