Notice of Meeting July 19 2008 @ 10 am

NOTICE OF MEETING

WHEN: JULY 19, 2008
10:00 A.M. TO 12:00 NOON

WHERE: COLPOY'S BAY WOMEN'S INSTITUTE HALL
COUNTY ROAD #9

PURPOSE: TO DISCUSS CONCERNS AND SOLUTIONS REGARDING
MALLORY BEACH AVENUES ETC.


A meeting with the Mayor, representatives from Council and Mallory Beach residents
will be held on July 19th, 2008 at the Colpoy's Bay Women's Institute Hall to hear
concerns and solutions from residents of Mallory Beach.

Some of the concerns to be addressed are:

The posting of "Public Access" signs on the Avenues.

The placement of permanent structures on the Avenues.

Traffic

Plan to attend to bring your concerns and solutions to the attention of the Council.
