Sewage W orks S tudy for the Sauble Beach and He pworth areas . This review also includes the preliminary
selection of a site suitable for a wastewater treatment system based on the review of a number of
alternative sites.

An addendum to the previously completed Environmental Study Report (ESR) will be pre pare d to upda te
the original W ater and Sewage W orks Study, as well as select a preferred location for a wastewater
treatment system.

T his Information Centre will provide an opportunity for residents to learn more about the wastewater
treatment sites that are being considered and to supply input regarding the proposed addendum.
Representatives of the Consultant (Henderson Paddon & Associates Limited) and the Town of South Bruce
Peninsula will be on hand to answer questions. The format for both sessions will be the same.

Any revisions to the ESR will be carried out in accordance with the Municipal Engineers Association
Municipal Class Environmental Assessment document. Following consideration of technical, economic,
environmental and social issues, as well as public consultation, an addendum of the ESR will be prepared
and made available for public review.

Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula

TAKE NOTICE that the Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce
Peninsula will hold a public meeting on the 10th day of April, 2006, in the Council
Chambers (315 George Street, Wiarton) in order to consider a By-law respecting
Constructing, Demolition, Change of Use, Occupancy Permits and Inspections.

PURPOSE AND EFFECT ­ The Town of South Bruce Peninsula is proposing to adopt a
Building By-law following a review of the building permit fees under Section 7 of the
Building Code/Act. The effect will be to increase the existing fee structure.

ANY PERSON may attend the public meeting and/or make written or verbal
representation either in support of or in opposition to the proposed fees.

Cemetery By-law #81-2005

Notice

Town of South Bruce Peninsula

The Town of South Bruce Peninsula has submitted a cemetery by-law to the
Registrar of the Cemeteries Act (Revised). Municipal By-law 81-2005
amalgamates three separate cemetery by-laws for Colpoy's Bay Cemetery, Red
Bay Cemetery and Bayview Cemetery into one comprehensive document. Any
interested parties may contact the undersigned for information.

This by-law is subject to the approval of the Registrar, Cemeteries Act (Revised).
