PUBLIC NOTICE OF MEETING
The Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula will hold a
Special Committee of the Whole meeting on November 19, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. for the
purposes of:

1. Discussing the Governance Review Committee and;
2. Discussing a personal matter about an identifiable individual, including
municipal or local board employee. (Note this item will be dealt with in
Closed Session if a resolution is passed)

The Council of the Corporation of the Town of South Bruce Peninsula passed the
following resolution at their Committee of the Whole meeting on November 3, 2008.

It was MOVED by M. Wunderlich, SECONDED by W. Lamont and CARRIED

THAT a closed session be approved for 6:00 p.m. on November 10th to deal with
personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board
employee.
